Great idea Rush could move to Florida and bring New Yorkers with him, and other folk in high tax states, like Massachussettes, Illinois and all the rest. Check this out during rush hour 6-9 AM and 5-9PM Mon thru Friday. It should be bumper to bumper and slow!
