I've seen a guy who cleans up every dog poo immediately, and he also mops up every tinkle right away (see the bucket?) The floor is stained, that's all. If you watch long enough, you'll see a worker come in just to walk through and pet the dogs every few minutes. Can't you see how happy those dogs are? Their tails hardly ever stop wagging. I think it's a doggie day care and/or the holding area for a groomer.
