It's 3:46pm central time and the sun appears to be shinning on the water to the left which means it will be setting over the ocean to the west, so I would guess this is somewhere on the west coast of florida, maybe Ft. Myers??? I don't think it's California because of the white sand and also the sun is too low in the sky for this time of day. Any thoughts???
