My ancestors came from Wales , Ireland , Scotland , and England in the 1600 and 1700's although I did have an ancestor at Valley Forge with George Washington fighting the Redcoats , but all is forgiven . I also have one ancestor who is believed to be a Hessian soldier from Heidelberg , Germany who decided to stay in America too after the American War for Independence came to an end .
