Ok, the last, is no one can make a bigger fool of themselves than Americans, been there and seen it up close, even gave a few black eyes, but they just keep coming hahahaah they are everywhere kid, please please dont lump me with that type, but in their favor usually is done in a rude kind of ignorance, usually most are totally misinformed about what to expect hehehe especially about drinking kid, they have always done it that way, and are quite standup in regular life, including your countrymen ok,dont be too hard, they are blowing off steam that will eventually kill them if they dont slow down, like military folks in a hot zone, they live in a super fast world where the next instant they die, so they cram every moment into seconds. Been there AND did that long ago.

This sort of thing is happening all over the world in popular tourist places in small countries, one that is super high profile is Doubi, cant remember the proper spelling, sorry, it uses slave labor of those who are fed a story about good jobs there, and sim[ply revoke their Visa's, strve or work, one young man I read about said in the summer he only went to relieve himself once a week he perspired so much, you get sick you die.

But this sort of thing is still rampant in our world, illegal in yours and my country, but never spoken about publically.

Ok, first, The successful criminals can and do hide in plain sight, well mannered, gentlemen, gentile Ladies, never showing thier hazardous life to anyone in average public, believe me, the Biker models have scared the public into thinking those types are the bad guys, where in fact most are hard working, and usually hold a good job .   Criminals, usually white collar types saw an opportunity and took it, by being in a job or position to take advantage of it. The real terrors usually hide, behind others usually in quiet neighborhoods, sometimes using sheilds as cover such as young mothers who are terrified, or someone who has lots to lose if connected to them, black mail usually of some sort, most times its a relitive like a child that is at stake.  In the other spectrum, this is a beautiful place with all sorts of "Skinners" who take a bit here , a bit there, they stay alive that way, understanding these small nation islands are not much at social welfare, live or die at the native level, most are literally slaves, and why I personally wont visit such places, like Haiti, its a active legal slave nation, all of its populous is under the gun, and are reared that way, they only know americans throw away food at fast food restuarants and they are angered by it with at best one meal a day

It IS a lovely place but sadly, it's always full of English people who drink too much of the cheaper alcohol and make idiots of themselves.

Hi Dona.  According to our newspapers lots of English crooks, fleeing from justice, come to Alicante. It's nice enough but I prefer Guardamar del Segura, it's between Santa Pola and Torrevieja on the Google map. Also on that map you can see a place called Elche. I used to often stay at the Campanile Hotel there. The manager was a dishy chap called Angel. I used to enjoy a French drink, Ricard. The Spanish have their own variation of it but Angel always used to provide me with a bottle of the "proper" stuff. I'd love to be going there for the winter.
