It is an interesting looking building during the daylight. The top center window isn't actually a window, it's a pass through from one end of the building to the other end.

The facade of this building reminds me somewhat of one of my favorite buildings of all time, the former Pension Building in Washington, D.C., which is now the National Building Museum. It has a fantastic history, and is absolutely gorgeous inside. For those who are interested, here is a link to the Wikipedia entry on it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Building_Museum

I hadn't notice the skating ring on previous viewings. Lots of people skating tonight and some nice lit up christmas trees :)
