Make sure it's on wheels then you won't need planning permission. ;)

Trix ...... make sure you get planning permission. I just looked up "Wendy House" and found this article .... about 3hrs old. The UK is sometimes so mean spirited.
Hi NQ! :) That's why I mentioned Tumbleweed ... those tiny homes are amazing! LOL ... when I was a child they were called Wendy Houses. ;)

Hi NQ .... and bless you. I think you've solved the puzzle. Definitely better than camping under canvas. Amazing what they can get into such a small space. No big heating bills! :D

Lately I've been watching the tiny home shows on HGTV and some of those homes are the size of the ones here. They're around 150 sq ft.
It's hard to believe but in a house this small they can get a tiny bathroom & kitchen in the downstairs, with enough room for a love seat in what would be considered the livingroom. The sleeping quarters is a loft area above the kitchen/bathroom. Normally the loft is big enough for a full size mattress, but only enough head room to sit up in the center of the bed, where the roof peak is.
Most of the homes this size have a shower toilet combination--the toilet is actually in the shower. You can pee and shower at the same time :)
A tiny home is considered anything under 500 sq ft and I'm amaze by how much can be put into some of these homes. I actually wouldn't mind a tiny home but I would require the toilet and shower be seperate.
You'll find pictures of some of the tiny homes here-
i think they just seem tall because they are elevated off the ground!!

Puzzling. If they are toilets ... which they probably are .... why are they so tall? A lot of materials wasted. And in heavy rain ..... I'd still prefer to be in a wooden shed! :D

Mira I hadn't noticed your Tumbleweed post so I just went and took a look at those houses and yes they are like these.
I really like the Cypress model, mainly because it has a downstairs bedroom, along with a washing machine !
