Oh Before I forget, that thing about the spiders on the engine of that jet, it likely was between the windows as it has two or more   windows on most as a heat sheild (or cold) spiders dont go where there is no food, (makes me wonder just how clean they were in thier cleaning ) in any case blow up the picture and youll see the spider/s, one (LOL) looks like it crawled out of the engine cowling.  I spoke of it as a funny, and some got irate over it, go figure

kyle 04/22/15 05:26

I didnt see the foils on it, and why i was amazed, usually on the sized boat they are hydrolically depolyed. i never saw it, nor did it lift up as if on foils. I suppose it could have been a multihull type, like a catamarand, would not explain the massive speed LOL nor the lack of damage as it rebounded off the floating dock, it hit hard. If I were to guess, it was an "X" class, not for the public, it would have thrown you off your feet or into the water, yes that fast

kyle 04/22/15 05:26

I know you didnt kiddo, not you, there were those who poked around for a time, and seemed to take it to another level when we sortof argued.

In any case, as far as a hydrofoil, the fact remains, the boat had thrusters that were used for close quarters, usually only used on the super big ships, such as the Queen Mary and the ilk. And very dast, it wasnt quite as large as the QM, but could run circles around anything Ive seen on the water except some experimental stuff. Our Small Shore Navy has some very fast ships, got chased by one as a youth hahaha, long story , what i was on should have pulled away easily, but was over taken, had to go shallow to elude it, a large misunderstanding that COULD have gone terribly wrong, if they had opened up on me, stupid kid that i was. Those small gun boats are nothing to mess with hahahaah

Back at the farm, the ship in question had thrusters, and i saw it start out for  few hundred feet,  like a sooped up race car , At the time all I said was !!! wow !!! (Used to race too) It was speed wise, more like a hydroplane race boat.

OMG MD....he's back....says he got lost coming home because they dilated his eyes and he couldn't see the signs!!!!

Mira Bilis 04/21/15 23:30

Hi Kyle ... if the boat was moving fast and high in the water, it might have been a hydrofoil.  :)

MD 04/21/15 23:23

Hi Kyle ..... I've never called you a name for no reason.  :))

kyle 04/21/15 23:10

My Dear, I'd rather be ignored than called names for no reason, I tended to get irate over someone being an ignorant person or outright mean to others in the same vein. that caused me to stab back before, now Ive no reason to stay, as i became the target, if i see others are attacked, i might come back in, but the turmoil seems to have abated for now.

Heres to the vacumn left caused by the absence of the Trolls off chasing some other quary on what ever media they tend to gather on.

You be well. As Arnie once said in a clip, I'll be back

Nice cam.

I think I'd rather be flayed than ignored.

kyle 04/15/15 04:52

amusing, i still post before proof reading, please dont do that, others on here will flay you for it, experiance is a hard teacher

kyle 04/15/15 04:50

I was snooping arond the cams and came upon this one, a very intersting thing happened, the accident was what happens to us all sooner or later, and why hey call it an accident, BUT the craft was eceptional in design and function, i saw it barrel out of the dock area, at speeds i would never have thought possible for a craft that size, and the beginning it maneuvered as exceptional, then lost power, shame I wanted to see it accellerate out into the open ocean.  Oh well, no one is interested in such things on OT any more, for those who are, I suspect it docks here abouts, the wait for it to appear is well worth it should it happen, shows what a good desigh can do, all i can say about it, is it appeared to be a passenger craft, well out of the water, and looked to seat more than a hundred, and super fast, a mark up from curent passenger types.
