# Opentopia

what to watch — Opentopia let you just *look*. A quiet car park in 
Osaka. A sun-bleached plaza in Madrid. A railway tunnel in rural 
England. Nobody performing. Nobody knowing you're there.

It's one of the oldest continuously running webcam communities on the 
web, and it still carries that early-internet feeling of stumbling onto 
something real.

## What It Is

Opentopia aggregates publicly accessible IP camera streams from around 
the world, browsable by country, rating, and tag, and searchable by 
keyword or location. Registered members have contributed to and shaped 
the directory since its earliest days.

## Legal & Privacy

Opentopia operates lawfully, aggregating only publicly accessible 
streams. Any camera owner can request removal at any time — and those 
requests are always honoured, promptly and without question.
