Mira... yes I did and on the 11th at 11am I shall watch the ceremony in Paris. They go for it big style. Maybe I should clear that up....  I won't be in Paris... I'll be watching it on French Direct.

Mira I had no idea that northern Japan was a major ski/snow area and it's once again snowing heavily !

NQ ... for snow in Japan, Hokkaido, the nothern-most island of Japan is a major ski/snow sports area for both locals and foreign visitors ... a really beautiful region.  :-)

I just never thought of any part of Japan as having a lot of snow. I expect snow in Wisconsin but not Japan :)
