No impersonation. Do not impersonate other members, administrators, or any other person or entity.
Keep comments relevant. Camera comments should be related to the webcam, its location, its content, or the community. Off-topic or disruptive posts may be removed.
Report, don't retaliate. If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, please report it to the administrators rather than engaging in conflict.

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting comments, camera descriptions, suggestions, or any other content ("User Content") to the Site, you grant Opentopia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the Site. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any User Content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

5. Camera Submissions and Edits

Members may suggest webcams or edit camera information. All submissions must refer to webcams that are publicly and openly accessible. Do not submit cameras that require unauthorized access, are located in private spaces where individuals have a reasonable expectation of privacy, or are obtained through any form of hacking or exploitation.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
