I haven't found any IP locators that put it in AZ yet. My only guess for why that could be is because maybe camera's video goes to a company server in Arizona? I don't know much about that kinda stuff so i'm most likely totally wrong.

I think I found where this is. It's Green Valley Park in Clifton, Arizona. The boardwalk, and buildings in the background match it all

Oh I recognize this view actually. It's in Florence, Oregon. Its blurry but I can make out the Hecete head lighthouse in the background. The camera should be right outside the lion sea caves building at the coordinates 44.12208877609976, -124.12668714497799

Mike the IP# tools are showing this location as being Baltimore, MD, Destin, FL and Los Angeles, CA so I changed it to Destin as long as the most likely location with a beach.
