NQ.. but what is the alternative? If they put in old stuff it wouldn't be much of an improvement! I'm sure by the time they finish.. this new wood will look "weathered."

awww they put the tree on the other side of the statue this year. If I remember right, last year they made a platform around the statue and put the tree up on that in front of the statue.

If she doesn't have any heating in there, then there's a good chance there's mould and damp ... so I doubt many of her banners could stay up for very long before peeling off again.
