ahhh, so what we here in the states call a 'health food store' should carry it or at least lead me in the right direction. I will look into it. Although, truth be told I think I just need to lose a few pounds and take some strain off the ol' joints.

It's a Homeopathic cream Violet..really good for bruising..I bruise very easily, runs in the family,it works on any tissue trauma. Sprains, the lot..xx
