been watching this all day, i think the numbers are the speed of the car, haven't figured out the letter a or b yet seen as fast as 55 as slow as 19. the road limit must be around 35

too bad that u guys didnt get as much snow as we did on october 12-13 we got over 2 feet here in buffalo i had no power for over a week
