The thing is that Axis cams mostly have recognizable URLs, and from the URL one can figure out how get the still pictures, etc.

Actually, strike that. The arrows are also green when the light is red. So I guess the arrows just shows that there's somebody there, and not whether they're running a red light.

A traffic monitoring system of some kind. It is obviously connected with the traffic light, so it can show what light people have. And then it detects that somebody's driving into the intersection. I suppose, when the green arrows light up, people are doing what they're supposed ...

All cams on this opentopia site seems to be axis or panasonic. This axis seems to be a little bit more sharper and turns up on the screen faster as well. I axis some Japanes brand as well. Where are all Creative and Logitech cams ???
