I'm guessing this is set up as a "Nanny Cam". Parents keep track when they are at work as to what the nanny is doing while taking care of their kids.

The cam is off! They must be doing some really bad  things now! :)

Seems strange that's for sure.  Seems to be off for now, maybe they are selective about when they put the camera on.. could be just when they are not at home(?) and then forget to turn it off?  Don't think I noticed this one before. I sometimes wonder if people are aware that the cams Do go out for all to see?  Hmm.  Hi Homely!  :)

How is it that a family would run a cam in their home all the time AND stream it over the 'net for all to see?
