Southern Spain is also suffering flash floods. Crazy weather.

Mira .... I just had a look at the French news. Dreadful. We came back from Spain one year to find that there had been flooding near us but we didn't have any damage. I don't see any mention of floods at Port Grimaud. It is biggest part water anyway...

hi Mira....many coastal town have suffered terrible beach erosion and flooding due to the rain!!!!

In fact, there have been fatalities caused by those floods ... awful. :(

The east coast dodged the bullet this time.  Unfortunately, the UK/Europe is going to get some Joaquin fallout, which will not be good news for those in the south of France, etc. who are already experiencing nasty flash floods.

I wouldn't like to be there.

That ebola virus is terrifying. There are all sorts of things that were supposed to be eradicated but the powers that be keep them. It can only be for germ warfare but let's be charitable and say it's so that they can use them for research.

Trix, why is it that sons have lovely girlfriends and often swap them for slappers?  I think a tornado sounds scary. Not much you can do to protect yourself. I'm glad they don't cross the Atlantic.
