Its clear enough now to see the peaks, there was on that night of the quake, light on each peak, very bright light from the cams perspective, and the water danced in the river, fascinating

Any time there is a lot of prssure just before a quake, the can usually goes nuts in some way, screws with electrical stuff

In reality, it was a Quake, sometimes they produce strange lights, THe water danced, looked as if in  a pan that was being hit by a hammer. the realization it was a quake cam later after  posted the observation. They never posted on the news, but the agency that records world quakes did. Im wondering why it never made the news?, as its a college here
