Hi Ekatrina if around.  This appears to be a mock up of a SkyScraper Elevator shaft, bet its for Earth Quake research

Still waiting for the fire! So much is going on here, quite inspiring to get my bottom out of this comfy chair and do something in the garden maybe but it's going to rain again. :(

I can't be sure they'll burn this tower but we'll see for ourselves hopefully soon.

Over time I've seen all sorts of buildings set up, and never seen one torn down or burned

You sure they are burned?,there is  aTrailer park next door, and some buildings

How often does it get set on fire? Knowing my luck I'll never see it in action. :(
