OK ... ignore my last comment! MD, you were obviously on to something again. Having compared the view on this cam with the view around the surf shop, there's was no way this is the surf shop! I then looked at the ISP and it said 'Town of Nags Head' which denotes the town hall. On streetview the view of the town hall parking lot is identical. :)
