Dona...... I'll list the ingredients from the bottle:  water, tomato puree, molasses, dates, rice flour, apple pulp, soy sauce, rye flour, salt, malted barley extract, garlic powder,black pepper, ginger, nutmeg and sucralose.

And I'm amazed that it has all that!  I only eat it!!!!! Believe me, it goes sooo well with bacon.

Trix and Mira Bilis....... that pan of bacon... in all 30mins nobody jiggled the pan or turned the bacon over. Loved the sizzling sound. Beats me how it didn't burn. LOL!!!!!! I like the way when you fast forward you see little squares showing the action. I'm so easily pleased... sometimes!!   :D

On tv I've just seen floods in Las Vegas and fires in California. I knew about the fires but to see floods in LA was a shock.
