Mira I love tilapia. I use lemon/pepper season on it and fry it in olive oil.

Tonight it's tilapia coated in flour and breadcrumbs, shallow fried and served with potato salad.  :-)

Mira Bilis, thanks for the links. So tilapia is a fish. I really had never heard of them but I find they were catching them in biblical times. Tilapia and chips...... has a sort of ring to it.  LOL.

OK, this is the docks at Atlantic City on the New Jersey coast. The tall buildings in the distance are casinos http://static.panoramio.com/photos/large/68456245.jpg plus the LaMonica website states that its fishing fleet is based at Atlantic City http://www.lamonicafinefoods.com/heresthecatch.html and there are always LaMonica trucks loading on the docks.
