I've often wondered that myself NQ ... weird.

Mira I saw the same name on IP2location which is why I decided on San Diego. I had also look at the sun location map and saw that the sun was coming up in San Diego at 7:10 my time.

I understand why ip# locators are off by towns and even a state but having 3 show the ip# as CA and the other as Texas I gotta wonder how that one was so far off from the other 3.

NQ, I also noticed that the ISP next to Carlsbad on my IP locator said 'Terri A Proffer.'  When I looked up that name it came up with some private money lender woman in San Diego ... so I think you could be correct about this location.  :)

trix it might. I just question how somebody could know that it's Quinn Creek when there isn't even a state listed.

I down arrowed it this morning and I see it's back to being listed as a security cam.

I have this ip# 64.171.113.242 coming up as Carlsbad,CA, San Diego, CA and Richardson,TX

we may have to watch when the sun goes down to see which state it is but this morning the sun was coming up by 7:10 central time which would of been early for it to be CA.

maybe it turns into a creek after a heavy rain...

how did somebody come up with Quinn Creek on this one ?

I have California and Texas as possible locations and because the sun is starting to come up here right now I'ld say it must be Texas instead of California.
