It's interesting that they black out a portion of the houseboat here. Maybe the houseboat owners complained about the webcam taking away their privacy ?

Carson, the weather's been crazy this winter. Instead of snow we (Devon, UK) had lots of rain, causing floods but the temperature has been relatively mild. I'm sorry for the people who've been flooded but personally I'd rather have rain than snow.
