In our first apartment we had a balcony on the east and west so we had sunshine almost all day if we wanted it. My hubby used to sit in the sun having his breakfast while I sat on the west balcony and we used to do the reverse in the evening. We were 300 metres from the beach so we had to walk down one street to the sand. The sea air is invigorating.

I wish this camera was still working ... I loved the view.

Sipping coffee on that balcony first thing in the morning would be bliss.

oh good ! they changed the view back to the ocean--such a beautiful view !

I love the look of this place.

Somebody must be here this weekend, the view has changed from outside back to the inside view.

It's a lovely location.... which usually means expensive so maybe you're right.

I noticed that the ISP said 'Leighton Hills.'  There's a Leighton Hills who is one of the 'Hills Brothers Coffee' heirs ... I wonder if this is his beach house? :)
