This is either a dentist office or Dr's office and the lady sitting at the desk is the receptionist. Or atleast it reminds me of the small dentist offices around here but I think it could easily be a single Dr's office.

I just watched a person in nursing clothing file something in the file cabinet and at the same time the receptionist took a paper form from somebody sitting out in the reception room. The reception room is to the left of the receptionist window, the flower vase partially hides a chair that's out in the reception room, which somebody is sitting in right now.

LOL ... should be easy as she's the only one working there.  ;-)
