The bird I gues represents when they catch fish jumping and they catch them in mid air.
The blue on the walls and the shark, plus the wavy blue thing in the middle... looks more like a Aquarium.

I changed it to Aquarium Cafe since it looks more like a aquarium than a Museum.

I agree Mira. This morning I saw mom's with their kids walking through looking at the large glass displays and yesterday they turned off the lights by 10pm their time which if anything would be the time for the nightclub to start getting busy.

This doesn't look like a nightclub ... there's a giant shark exhibit hanging from the ceiling there in the middle of the floor and also a bird-like creature ... this place looks more like a natural history museum cafe. :-)
