it looks like they turn the cam so that instead of being pointed out the window that it's now pointed towards the interior floor.
I always assume this was a neighbor who had a cam pointed towards their neighbors, maybe with all of the news about webcams being online the people who have this cam decided maybe it's best not to spy on the neighbors :)

go to youtube and type in "russian drivers"...and put your seatbelt on before watching....
N Q... in view of the pool, I'd say yes. I have to say.... motorcycles and gravel are not a good combination.
