I don't have a telescope but I do have a hefty pair of naval binoculars.  Trouble is  ...... they are so heavy.

MD, do you have access to a telescope?  I am SO envious of your location!

I have a superb vantage point for stargazing  ....... on the moors and no street lights.  And the moon rises over the hills .... right in front of me.  I sit in my armchair and stargaze.  So restful.
