this dock on the otherhand will remain where it is because it's made from cement and probably has solid cement pillars under it.

There weather is normally dictated by Lake Michigan but todays temps is due to a cold front that came down from Canada that made it into the northern part of Wis along with a nice portion of the east side of Wis. It missed me only by about 50 miles :(

Yup MD I absolutely hate humid weather too !

70 degrees, sunny and fresh here. That one day of rain we had the other day was obviously a blip ... still waiting for more.  :)

N Q.... I hate that high humidity. :(

I presume their weather is dictated by Lake Michigan. Large expanses of water make such a difference in temperatures.  :)

NQ, it just brings it home to me once again what a huge country this is and what complicated weather we have.  Coming from England, I don't think I'll ever get used to it.  :)

LOL this is on the opposite side of Wis then I'm on and right now it's 65° in Sturgeon and I've seen a couple guys wearing sweatshirts.

On my side of the state it's 80° with 70% dewpoint so it feels more like 90° and a tropical jungle. Just walking from my car to my apartment and I'm soaking wet--luckily I have the afternoon off so I'm sitting here with my air conditioning turned on high !
