trix I've rented long enough to know that all landlords go the cheap route whenever they can !

I have been lucky enough to have a couple apartment managers who didn't believe in going the cheap route and have had some nice replacements for broken items but those managers didn't last long.

Trix.... that's just blummin typical. And I agree, you get what you pay for.

NQ...we rent so it was the landlords problem...some people think the cheapest deal is the best but i beg to differ...won't prove it by me...

Wow trix I can't believe roofers would be that dumb, not to cover the roof. Hope you got a discount when the job was done.

MD...i was just telling my hubby about the time i came home from grocery shopping and found it raining inside my house...kids were all in school except for oldest daughter (probably about 14)...when i left men were taking the roof off to replace...it started to pour rain so the men left and never covered the housetop...daughter had every kettle, pot, pan, mixing bowl, cereal bowl and drinking glass out catching rain from getting on the beds and furniture...

I hope they get the roof fixed before winter.

Looks like someone might have a leaky roof.
