Hi Benoit ... I'm in Washington State, next to the Juan de Fuca Strait ... I can see Vancouver Island from the top of my road (which is why I get such a good radio signal for CBC.)  :)

Fair enough ... although I often make gravy with the juices from the meat mixed with a bit of cornflour to thicken it up.  :-)

Nope! And I didn't have any on my Christmas dinner. I really don't like it. I think maybe I got spoiled with French cuisine. Their sauces and jus are nothing like English gravy, you can't taste the gravy powder.  LOL

You don't have gravy with your Sunday roast MD??

I'm not sure about poutine, not a gravy fan, and gravy and cheese together?????? I like the look of the tourtiere, a sort of pork pie tart! I wish I could try a slice right now.
