I just Googled and there IS an INS in Tampa.
The ip# here is 108.9.80.39 and according to the 1 ip locators I trust to be accurate this is Tampa,Florida
I also checked using the ip locator that Paul used for the cabin and came up with Tampa.
No, not necessarily. They just put that on the map when they have no idea where it is at. Cuz it's in the middle of the country.
Isn't the state here Kansas?
