Ent Wife, it is for the benefit of those who go to the Church.  Or at least, it's publically available on the Church's website front page, so they're publicizing it for some purpose.

I thought at first this might have been a camera for the benefit of those who couldn't make it to church, but it seems strange to have a camera for that purpose with no sound. Perhaps it is simply a security camera with the privacy setting unintentionally turned off.
