Hi Kendaren ... as per my previous comment, if you look at the size of the original eSecure camera image (right-click on the image above and select 'View Image') it's a lot smaller than the reproduced Opentopia image, which is why it's so pixelated ... http://209.17.151.205/mjpg/video.mjpg

What's the point of so pixelated camera? Censoring the screens is bad reason. And if this is surveillance camera to find out possible burglars, it's useless because you can recognize their faces.

Hi Heisenberg ... yes ... I found their website and edited the info ... http://esecuredata.com/

I subsequently found out that the image pixelation on this page is also due to the original cam size being so small ... http://209.17.151.205/view/index.shtml

These cams from the same place also need green thumbing, thanks ...

This is a datacentre, as the name suggests. They rent "rackspace" to companies that have their own webservers etc. It's a reliable and safe way to keep your clients websites and databases up 24/7. The pixellation is intended as obviously they need to be able to watch for security purposes but it also stops anyone being able to gain valuable information about the servers which you can see at the back.

One has to wonder why they bother pixelating the screens ... surely it would be more secure to switch off the public viewing.

This cam is the least pixelated of the 3 cams in this room. They're really keeping a close eye on those who monitor the monitors.

Good thinkin', Hawkeye!  Lol.

Mira Bilis 12/11/13 17:06

Maybe that's why the picture is so pixelated. :-)

Hi Carlton, I wouldn't think it was intentional. It's laughable really.

Its the Central City Data Centre for eSecureData.com, kind of ironic that an online data security company has left their cam wide open :p Unless its intentional.

This appears to be a an obversation station, could be for special research, like a volcano, or simply weather edges.  Canada is the leading weather watcher, been that way for 50 years, if you've a question thats important, ask one of the long time Canadien stations of research, not one of these Chicken Littles that are unwilling to uinderstand 20 years is NOT a cycle. Long before most get their feet wet, the Sea will recede like in any Ice Age, one will be able to walk to Cuba ande many other places like across the English Channel.  We will live in the Tropics, as any place else for average people, would be a death warrant. What animals that survive is what is local and what we take with us to what is now the Tropics. The bad thing here is we usually call those areas the 3rd world, , i wonde what they will do when we invade, none of us wil have our super Armies, or our technology to make them do it, its thier good will,. that will save us

OR, this is what it appears to be, simply security hahahah

MD 07/19/13 20:28

Pair of slackers!

kyle 05/28/13 00:37

well, he is looking now, perhaps he is also being monitored too ???

MD 05/27/13 23:35

He's chatting away right now without so much as a glance at the screens.

kyle 05/27/13 21:56

Wikem Dice 03/24/13 06:42

There's some fat guy staring at security monitors.
