N Q, some of the "cut backs" that our councils are implementing defy belief. Sounds like councils are the same all over the world!

MD our police once upon a time had their own police station but then the city decided to cut back on spending and decided one of the ways they could do that is by having the police move into whatever building had extra space. Of coarse it ends out costing more to move them and setting them up in the new buildings but then our city council has never been know to use logic !

I should have said they are designated buildings, our police don't share!!!

N Q, in the UK we have police stations in most towns. Rural stations only work part time so you have to choose your time carefully to have an emergency!   LOL!

I'll add to this by saying our City Hall used to include the police station in it and then later the police station moved into the courthouse and now the police station is in the library. They just can't seem to find their own home..LOL

our city hall has a courthouse in it so cops are always there and bring in people from jail for court also...

Now I'm thinking is "CH" county hall and would county hall house the police department?

I wonder if this is a Police parking lot.
