Hi Deacon .... it seems a shame after so much work has been done. Hopefully there will be a reverse in whatever has caused the hold up. I'd love to see the building finished and busy. I see from the comments that it's been like this for a couple of years. A real pity.

On a job this big, there is always a lot of finger pointing when things go wrong. That along with change orders, money etc. will stall big projects. Maybe the site is over a giant land fill and gasses are making their way to the surface.

It seems to have looked like this for ages.

OSHA would have a field day here...not supposed to leave rubbish and debris about...must be cleaned daily...occupational safety and health administration...
