Hi Breezy. I read your comment and decided to look up Brooklyn on Wikipedia. I didn't realize it was such a big and interesting place. The official Brooklyn motto is "Unity makes strength." The people at this home, and the ones who walk by, all look happy to be there.
Then I looked at Google Maps. I went up and down, round and round, and found sooo many treasured gardens like this one. People have a pride in their homes. I can see that Brooklyn really is a nice neighbourhood. Your dad was a lucky man to grow up there.

Hey Mommie Dearest in Devon!! My dad grew up in Brooklyn. I actually love Brooklyn. It's quite a nice neighborhood. Very close-knit. It's Harlem and the Bronx you want to stay out of!

Look at it now, Dona.

I absolutely love the enthusiasm of the people who live in this home. On Sunday they sat on the step and watched the world go by.
And now I'm reading "A tree grows in Brooklyn."

Hi. The only views I've had of Brooklyn have been in crime series on tv, with police cars everywhere.
This part looks lovely.
