I linked to this on Dona's Tybee page NQ.  Unfortunately, the direct cam page is password protected so the controllable cam can only be moved by the operator.  :/

There's a christmas tree here but the cam only focuses on it for a second before moving to something else :(

I've been very pleased recently with the identification of several French cams.
