It certainly looks like a swallow's nest to me.  :-)

Today our first Rufous Hummingbird arrived on our feeder ... a little male.  The males always arrive first.  This is the earliest yet, in the season, that they've ever shown up here.  :-)

No pressure! It'll only take a couple of seconds to look, and if you're right it'll be a bonus.
