You can just see the webcam peeking out from under the far end of the balcony, next to the lamp.  :)

Mira, I've been watching this cam for a long time. The camera angle has changed slightly, it used to look more to the right. I think the police station might be there because there are often police cars parked on the right. Or else it's a doughnut shop!!  LOL
