Hello Mortuus and Lizard Momma. to tell the truth, think it has to do with the ruling set of occupying Muslim clerics, some dont like outsiders looking in, in this case, perhaps they allow certain times of the day, so much now-a-days is unknown about Africa in general, especially about the Sudan area where Christians are automatically Slaves. Not much outside intruders are allowed, this is a very strong influence in nearby areas
