I am over a half century and not getting any younger.  22.5 years in the USMC took a toll on my body... and I feel like I am over a century--look it too.. people say I'm lying about my age, they figure I am much older than I am...

I'm older than you ...... but the only time I've ever felt lonely was in my 30's. Now I'm so happy to be on my own and I'm not lonely........  you're a mere youngster .... it'll get better.  LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's a question...not that I'll be able to find it again, it was by chance that I found this again...lol... is there a way to go back and look at all of the comments that you have personally made on here?  I've looked under profile and I do see a "recent comments" section that is limited to a half dozen or so.... but nothing that allows me to see all comments... am I just missing it?

Hello Twig .... it's sad to hear that your are lonely but even moving to Hungary is no guarantee that things will change. I went through a lonely spell in my 30's. It seemed that everywhere I looked, there were so many happy people - and as you say - hugging and holding hands. I didn't have a computer but I'm sure if someone had put me a link I'd have thought "What a useless waste of time." Things do get better.

I think....I need to move to Hungary.  EVERY cam that I've viewed from Hungary that had people in it, so far, they've all been holding hands or hugging.  I've yet to see ANY of that at all in ANY other country's cam.  No wonder I am so lonely in a city of millions...

Trix ..... I put make up on him and parted his hair from one ear to the other. He slept like a log. And so will I when I finally get to bed ..... it's coming up to 3am for me.  :)

OMG....you are a little devil, aren't you!!  hubby says the same thing...just resting my eyes!!!

Trix ....... when I was about 12 my dad was doing exactly the same .... mouth wide open. I threaded a button onto a piece of cotton and dangled it into his mouth. My mother was encouraging me. All of a sudden he closed his mouth ...... still asleep. Mom and I were having hysterics but quietly so as not to wake him up. Mom whispered "Whatever you do don't let him swallow that button."  I sat there for what seemed like forever until his mouth fell open again and I was able to retrieve the button. And when he woke up he denied being asleep .... said he was just resting his eyes!

MD....hubbys sleeping in his chair with his head back and mouth gapped opened....resisting the urge to toss things in his mouth..LOL

darn....forgot to get doughnuts!!!!!!

Trix ...... don't you worry about Mira.  She'll be having a darned good laugh at the mess we were getting into. I would never in month of Sundays looked at the other end of the address bar. I'm still chuckling.
