or...being japan...maybe it's a way of honoring a deceased family member...watching over them so to speak...just a guess...
People steal things from grave sites, such as mementos of the person buried there or flowers, potted plants.
In a cemetary near my home a family has a webcam on their baby's grave because somebody keeps on stealing the potted plant and teddy bears off her grave. The person has been caught on cam but not identified as of yet.
why would anyone need a cem cam ???!!!
