Trix... did you get your library books???

Trix and I are going to check it out tomorrow.  LOL

I need to study the website in more detail.  On first glance it looks like it's as much a digital archive as library for books ... which might explain why it doesn't have lots of rooms lined with bookshelves.  ;)

And hopefully they're using energy-efficient lighting, etc.  :)

Mira Bilis... how very miserable to have slit windows to keep the workers from distractions. This place must have plenty of artificial light... which is silly as well as expensive. Carbon footprint and all that!

Maybe they make the windows that way so people will concentrate on the books without being distracted.  I used to work in an office building like that ... slits for windows so the workers wouldn't be tempted to keep looking outside!  :/

LOL!!  It's a strange looking building. I still think the windows are too slitty for a library. I wonder if there'll be a buffet???  :D

Trix... oh! That backs up my first comment on here.... it is an odd library. Aren't we lucky though, to be able to see such places, books or not. Maybe by opening day,  Amazon will have delivered!  LOL

Trix, it's a smart looking place but not enough windows, Shall we look in on the opening? Think we'd notice a difference? LOL
