Check out the Alaskan webcam later today, they had snow again yesterday--glad we're not getting it yet.

WHEW.....for a minute there i thought the igloo was melting....lol

LOL, their way of emptying the pool is by draining it onto the sidewalk. There's a couple guys with brooms pushing the water towards a hole that opens up onto the sidewalk.

kayaks on one end and sail boats or maybe sail boards on the other end of the pool.

Trix.... LOL!!!  But sensible eskimos do the same.  :D

I've seen children and young people in there. I remember the concert. People were just dropping rubbish all over the place. A lot of these places do have ice rinks. When I lived at Frejus they had one every winter. Let's keep an eye on this place... I love watching people skating. They make it look so easy.   LOL

It looks like I haven't visited this cam since back in Aug when there was a concert going on here and no pool.

last night I noticed the igloo here but now this morning I see that they added what looks like a very large wading pool here.

It looks like a giant igloo here--getting ready for winter :)

There's a concert here tonight :)

LOL a horse drawn carriage just went by and all of the cars were swerving to get around it.

Now that I can see the concert stage in the daylight--wow that's quite the stage !

There's quite a light show going on, on stage right now but when I look at the other webcam for this site it doesn't look like many people. Maybe a lesser known band playing tonight with a bigger name band tomorrow---or else I'm just late to the show :)
