That bug wasn’t frozen; it must have been stuck there for a couple years. Glad to see that some ambitious person finally cleaned the camera lens.

Then again, rainwater could be responsible for the cleaning.

Hi Bert ... this is a Java cam which used to be controllable ... but since the recent Java updates, it's now blocked, like so many others.

I have seen it turn once....only once lol
