An interesting piece of trivia from Wikipedia. "Other notable transportable wheels include the 60-metre (197 ft) Steiger Ferris Wheel, which was the world's tallest transportable wheel when it began operating in 1980.[140] It has 42 passenger cars,[141] and weighs 450 tons.[142] ...

Hi Indigo, you're right, she was the willowy blonde who always wore long sleeve shirts.

Yes.  I missed watching them assemble. When everything is taken away it looks like a patch of land where people are able to park trucks. It's fascinating to watch the big wheel being taken down.

It's going to get overcrowded.

Rain Shadow ..... when I thought I was going to be without laptop .... I thought of plenty of things I could be doing but none of them appeal as much as sitting in front of the monitor. I'd be far more active without it. Pre-laptop, I went out almost every day .... here, there an...

If it scans every day at the same time then it sounds like it is probably only doing a quick scan.  If it is constantly finding new threats then it sounds like whatever it is removing is coming back again.  So yes, perhaps you should get your daughter to look at the scan results ...

Rain Shadow ...... it does a scan of some sort every day at 6pm but I'll have to ask my daughter for more details. It's always telling me how many threats it's warded off ..... like I should reward it with a cookie or something!

You are welcome, M D.  You might also try a full virus scan, if you do not do that already.  Most antivirus software offers a 'quick scan' or 'full scan' option, but most people tend to just go with a 'quick scan.'  The occasional 'full scan' is also a good idea.
