BJ did tuna pasta bake last Thursday and made it extra creamy with ricotta cheese as well as cheddar. It was delicious. She cooked extra to have some cold the next day. She said it was good cold but I never got to try it.

BJ gave me the bacon. I love having surprise treats. :D I Googled d'Angelos when you first mentioned their lobster roll. The take-out menu looks so good. I've just had a cornetto. Maybe I should have had something savory first.
